Mathorn MCP-1 Titanium Arca-Swiss 80x38 is a lightweight, versatile quick-release plate allowing you to secure a USB or HDMI cable connected to the camera. With it, the cable connector and the camera are protected from excessive tension and accidental breakage, which are common causes of their damage.

For tethering and streaming

The cable channels used in the plate are designed to secure cables with a diameter of 4 to 6.5mm without the risk of excessive compression and breakage. The plate is therefore compatible with most USB and HDMI cables used in tethering photography and video streaming.

Design and ergonomics

The unique, almost designer look of the plate is the result of extensive work on its perfect ergonomics and the applied production technology. The plate block is precisely milled from a single piece of aluminum using CNC technology and then finished with an anodizing method in a titanium color.

For everyday use

The plate is 80 millimeters long and is made in the Arca-Swiss standard, allowing it to be used as a regular tripod plate for everyday photography. It is compatible with all Arca-Swiss standard heads on the market. The plate is attached to the camera using a 1/4"20 photographic thread screw, and the protection of the camera's lower part is provided by rubber pads that also prevent the plate from rotating. For user convenience, the plate screw is equipped with a coin slot and a retractable handle, and its wide range of position adjustments allows you to adapt the position to different camera models.
