High-performance GaN charger with an LED power meter

The Mathorn USB Wall Charger 100W is an advanced mains charger designed to power laptops, mobile devices and accessories with high power requirements. Three USB ports and an integrated LED display make it possible to conveniently power an entire set of devices while monitoring their current power consumption.

With up to 100 W of output power, GaN technology and automatic power management, the charger can serve as a compact charging hub at work, at home and while travelling.

Real-time power monitoring

The integrated LED display shows the total power currently being drawn by the devices connected to the charger. This makes it easy to check whether charging is proceeding correctly and whether the combination of charger, cable and device is delivering the expected level of power.

When charging a single device, the displayed value corresponds to its current power consumption. This allows the user to monitor the charging of a laptop, smartphone, tablet, power bank or camera battery charger.

When several devices are connected, the display shows their combined power requirements, providing a clear overview of the charger’s current load.

GaN technology – up to 100 W in a compact enclosure

The use of gallium nitride, or GaN technology, makes it possible to achieve up to 100 W of output power without the need for a large and heavy enclosure. As a result, the charger remains compact and convenient to carry while providing enough power for more demanding devices, including compatible USB-C laptops.

GaN technology also helps to reduce energy loss and component heating. This results in high efficiency, stable performance and greater comfort during intensive everyday use.

Slim Design

Despite its high output power, the charger maintains a slim profile that makes it easier to use in areas where space is limited. Its construction reduces the risk of obstructing adjacent sockets on power strips and allows the charger to be connected more conveniently to sockets located behind furniture.

Its compact dimensions allow it to fit easily into a laptop bag, backpack or hand luggage. It can therefore replace several separate power adapters, both when working at a fixed location and while travelling.

Three ports: 2× USB-C and 1× USB-A

Two USB-C ports and one USB-A port allow up to three devices to be charged simultaneously. This configuration makes it possible to power a laptop, smartphone and an additional accessory using a single charger.

The USB-C ports provide up to 100 W of power, while the USB-A port can deliver up to 60 W. The charger automatically adjusts the charging parameters and distributes the available power according to the number of connected devices, supported charging standards and the cables being used.

The actual charging speed may depend on the capabilities of the connected device, supported protocols, the cable being used and the battery’s current charge level.

Multi-Level Protection and warranty

The charger features a Multi-Level Protection system designed to protect both the charger and connected equipment against:

• overvoltage;
• overcurrent;
• overload;
• overheating;
• short circuits.

The integrated thermal protection system may temporarily interrupt the charger’s operation if the safe temperature limit is exceeded and resume charging once the device has cooled down. Additional protection is provided by an enclosure made from flame-retardant material.

The product is covered by a three-year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship occurring under normal use.
