GlareOne Botis 250

The GlareOne Botis 250 is a 250 Ws flash that delivers powerful light for demanding users. Its high-capacity Li-Ion battery allows for up to 450 full-power flashes on a single charge. Built-in TTL and HSS functions ensure optimal exposure in all conditions.

Power, performance, and technology

The GlareOne Botis 250 is a flash unit with a maximum flash output of 250 Ws, making it nearly five times more powerful than standard press flashes. This power is invaluable during demanding shoots, not only in the studio but also on location.

Thanks to its efficient cooling system, the flash can be used intensively during fast-paced shoots, allowing for 150 full-power flashes without interruption. The recharge time at maximum power is just 1.2 seconds, which helps maintain a fast pace of work.

Light quality

The light features an extended studio reflector that ensures even light distribution. This makes the Botis 250 ideal for use with all kinds of light modifiers, such as softboxes, umbrellas, reflectors, spotlights, and beauty dishes. The color temperature of the light corresponds to daylight (approximately 5500 K), ensuring the best possible color reproduction and detail in photos.

Short flash duration

The Botis 250 features a Freeze function, which allows for a flash duration ranging from 1/1440 to 1/24700 (t0.5). Photos taken at full power will be sharp, and any motion captured in them will be frozen. 

Bowens adapters and accessories

The Botis 250 features a G-Mount and comes with a wide range of accessories. The color filter wheel allows you to direct the light or add color to it. The kit also includes a Bowens adapter, which enables you to mount studio light modifiers. Installing the adapter is quick and easy. In addition, the kit includes a handy carrying case, and the charger features a switchable EU or UK plug. 

Remote control and integration with triggers

The GlareOne Botis 250 features a SLAVE mode that allows the flash to be triggered remotely by other devices in the GlareOne flash system. This gives you complete freedom to create lighting on the set. The GlareOne Botis 250 is compatible with all GlareOne triggers, making it easy to integrate with other lights and ensuring convenience and flexibility in your work.

Advanced settings for channels and groups

The GlareOne Botis 250 supports operation in 16 groups and across 32 channels, offering a wide range of configuration options and control over multiple lights in various conditions. This allows for precise adjustment of lighting parameters. 

HSS and TTL Automation 

The flash syncs with very short HSS shutter speeds, which is particularly useful for outdoor photography and portrait photography with a shallow depth of field. Automatic TTL metering ensures optimal lighting without the need to adjust settings manually, which is convenient and saves time.

Battery

Thanks to its lithium-ion battery, the GlareOne Botis 250 flash can produce up to 450 flashes on a single charge, ensuring long-lasting and reliable performance, even during intensive photo shoots.

The flash offers 9 stops of flash output adjustment, allowing for precise control of the flash intensity.
