HSS Speed and Power

With the ELB 500 TTL, you can easily capture the moment in a frame or use High Speed Sync.

You can dim or boost the available light and combine it with a wide-open aperture to achieve a dreamy background blur and a shallow depth of field. Using the Elinchrom Transmitter Pro will give you access to HSS at speeds of up to 1/8000 s.

The ELB 500 TTL isn’t just the most powerful portable flash generator in the world. It’s also the easiest to use. Thanks to the Active Charge feature, all you have to do is plug it into a power outlet and work in the studio while remaining ready for an outdoor shoot at all times. A fully charged battery provides 400 full-power flashes, and the flash recharge time is only 2 seconds.
