GlareOne LEDAV
GlareOne LEDAV is a V-mount battery adapter designed for GlareOne LED’s allowing the usage of the light on-location, far from the mains.
Flexibility
Thanks to the LEDAV adapter, the GlareOne LED head may be used not only in a professional photo/video studio, but can also work away from the power grid - even outdoors. This gives you great freedom and flexibility in working on the set and shaping the lighting you want to achieve in almost any location.
power supply
Depending on the type of LED and its maximum power consumption you should have one or two decent-quality V-mount rechargeable batteries. For example, if you have a 200Wh V-mount it will be sufficient enough to supply GlareOne LED 160 BiColor D set on full output for approx. 1hour. When using two such batteries you can work non-stop even up to 2 hours. For the best results and long working time, it’s recommended to use two high-quality V-mount batteries with a capacity not lower than 200Wh. Using batteries with a capacity of less than 200Wh may reduce the maximum power of the LED head to about 60% or cause it not to work at all.
The kit
GlareOne LEDAV adapter is supplied with a clamp for fixing it directly to the stand on which the head is placed. Besides, there is also a 2,5 m cable for connecting the adapter with the GlareOne LED. The length is good enough for placing the adapter low to the ground for increased safety (lower center of mass) and easy battery access.
